Dr. Ghassan Khater is a seasoned business transformation leader and F&B hospitality expert with over 20 years of international experience across nine countries. As Partner and Head of F&B and Hospitality at Axiom Experts, he specializes in complex restructuring, operational turnarounds, and cultural transformation within the industry. His career combines strategic insight with hands-on leadership, having previously served as Regional GM of Faqra Catering and AVA Venue, where he led a remarkable recovery amid Lebanon’s crises, achieving 56% and 59% revenue growth in 2021 and 2022. Dr. Khater holds a Doctorate in Business Administration focused on governance in family businesses, an EMBA in Luxury Hospitality Management, and a BBA from Les Roches, Switzerland, alongside certifications in executive coaching and luxury hospitality.
